"Same here. On both counts. I was sorta scared. I still am, to be honest. It's still kinda new for me." He won't tell her that he's never told anyone he loves her before. Or that at some level, like some many men, he wasn't sure about the idea of commitment. But he can at least let her know what he's feeling.
